For sure it's the question what you want to point to and maybe you want more showing the reflections of the city and bridge and not the bridge itself. And I expect as viewing your series of the city night pictures you want to show the whole scenery I think about the technical quality isn't much to write - it's great. So hopefully you like my feedback and my personal thoughts about your picture.

I love bridges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As it is the bridge is the main focus, so then the buildings are almost distractions -- if you wanted to just show the bridge, you could crop out or eliminate the rest. But I think minimizing the bridge a little and showing more of the city would give the impression of the bridge actually GOING SOMEWHERE, giving more meaning to the picture as a whole.
I love all of your photos, though -- the blue as well as the black&whites. Such a distinct feel to them!
